Brandon, an individual in our Individualized Supported Employment (ISE) Program, has shown what it means to be a dedicated team member. Through his time at Home Depot, he’s developed a strong work ethic and communication skills. He has also learned the value of excellent customer service. Furthermore, he understands the importance of teamwork, not just with his co-workers, but with the company.

According to his supervisor, Brandon consistently demonstrates outstanding attention to detail. His work performance goes above and beyond expectations. His strong ethic and positive attitude have made a lasting impression.

Recently, Brandon has stated that he enjoys working for Home Depot as he feels appreciated, valued, and respected by his manager and co-workers. He also appreciates positive feedback from his manager and co-workers.
