Group Supported Employment (GSE)
The Group Supported Employment (GSE) model consists of 4-6 Lumibility supported workers and their Employment Support Professionals (ESP). The ESP provides oversight of a crew at your place of employment. If you are a part of the Lumibility-supported worker's group, you are contracted to local businesses but are employed by Lumibility.
