In-Home Supports (IHS)
At Lumibility, we offer in-home support for adults with disabilities throughout New Haven County, Middlesex County, CT, and the surrounding areas. In-Home Supports (IHS) is available for those living outside of the family home. Individuals utilizing this support have the opportunity for assistance with activities and tasks that enable them to live in their chosen community. Supports range from assistance with meal preparation, grocery shopping, budgeting, and light housekeeping, to assistance with coordination and transportation to medical appointments. The purpose of this service is to allow an individual to have their desired level of support to maintain their home.
