Jacob’s Employment Success at FedEx Ground

Last October, Jacob, who is supported by our Individualized Supported Employment Program, got hired as a seasonal employee at FedEx Ground. In addition to training, Jacob was assigned to a loading station. He worked alongside others to load tractor-trailer trucks with packages for delivery.  

By December, Jacob’s hard work paid off. After meeting with FedEx’s HR team, he was offered a permanent position as a package handler. His shift leader shared that Jacob consistently brings energy, positivity, and a strong work ethic to the team.
