Janet’s Employment Success Story!

Janet happily celebrated her 25th anniversary at Honeywell in Northford on April 1st. She has been working full-time as an Assembler – Level 1. She is supported through Lumibility’s Individualized Supported Employment (ISE) Program. In her role, she performs various essential tasks, including packaging and sealing bags, sorting and organizing components into designated containers, and trimming leads from various processes.

She is proud to share with her Employment Program Coordinator the Recognition of Service Award she received from Honeywell. In addition, she plans to retire with benefits on May 31st, 2025.
