Joe Thrives with Support at the Gym!

Joe, supported by Lumibility for over 13 years, continues to make great strides toward his personal goal of maintaining good health and physical fitness.

While he is working out in the gym, our In-Home Supports staff provides tips for safety around the gym equipment and being mindful of his pace.

In addition, they have been encouraging Joe to slow down and concentrate on proper form to get the most out of his workouts.

What is our In-Home Supports?

In-Home Supports (IHS) is available for those living outside of the family home. Individuals utilizing this support have the opportunity for assistance with activities and tasks that enable them to live in their chosen community.

The purpose of this service is to provide individuals with the support they need to maintain their homes.
