Kidsteps Public Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Connecticut State Law, Kidsteps by Lumibility Inc. Early Intervention records for children who received or were evaluated for services with birthdates in 2016 are scheduled to be destroyed on January 30, 2026. In order to maintain confidentiality, these records will be shredded.

Records may be claimed by written request to: Kidsteps by Lumibility Inc., 1620 Boston Post Road, Westbrook, CT 06498 or by contacting the Business Operations Manager at 203-453-7592.

Be sure to include the child’s name, date of birth and current contact information, including address and phone number. Records may be claimed by the parent/guardian. Picture identification will be requested as proof of identity.
