Stuart’s Success Story
Stuart was hired at HarborChase in Madison in September 2023. Throughout his time at HarborChase, Stuart learned how to run the commercial-grade dishwasher, hand wash dishes using a three-bay sink, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the dishwasher. Each week, Stuart performs cleaning duties to help ensure the kitchen is safe, clean, and up to health code standards.

Gianna’s Success Story
Gianna has always wanted to be a baker. She takes her dessert portfolio to every interview, showing off the treats she’s made and decorated.
She was looking for a small business where she could help out in the kitchen, and Shayna B’s By The Sea turned out to be the perfect place! Now, Gianna works there, helping with prep work and gaining experience toward her dream.
Davey’s Success Story
Davey has consistently shown dedication in building his employment skills through two meaningful volunteer experiences. His journey began in December at the Henry Carter Hull Library, where he took on responsibilities such as dusting books, organizing shelves, and cleaning tables. Davey quickly mastered these tasks and soon became independent in handling them.
Alongside his library work, Davey volunteered at Goodwill three times a week. He was tasked with organizing the clothing department and managing items based on specific color tags. Davey’s hard work and commitment paid off when he was hired for a competitive employment role!
