Muneeb’s Success Story
For the past six years, Muneeb, who is supported through Lumibility’s Individualized Supported Employment (ISE) Program, has been a dedicated team member at Amazon, where he works as a package runner, helping ensure misplaced packages are returned to the correct locations. Muneeb takes great pride in his work and has his sights set on becoming a project assistant.
Michelle’s Success Story
Michelle has been working at Page Hardware & Appliance Co. since September 2020 through Lumibility’s Individualized Supported Employment (ISE) Program. Michelle shared that her favorite part was supporting customers by greeting them at the door and helping them find products. Michelle loves coming to work each day!
Brandon’s Success Story
Brandon, who is supported by Lumibility’s Individualized Supported Employment (ISE) Program, has been working at Home Depot for about 5 years and recently was given a “Homer Award” for his dedication to providing excellent customer service. The store was significantly busier than usual, and Brandon helped to fulfill many more orders than normal. Brandon was praised for his kindness, trustworthiness, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each customer has a great experience. Brandon received a “Homer award” badge and a certificate!
