The Lumibility Summer Newsletter Is Here!

We’re excited to share the Lumibility Summer Newsletter 2025, celebrating one full year since our rebrand! This issue reflects the incredible progress we’ve made together across Connecticut and the impact of your continued support.

Inside, you’ll read inspiring stories from across our programs, including Kidsteps Early Intervention, Employment Services, and Day Enrichment Programs. Families share how early supports helped their children confidently enjoy summer outings and engage with others. Adults in our programs are gaining new skills, volunteering in their communities, and earning recognition for their achievements.

We’re also proud to share that the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce named Lumibility the Nonprofit of the Year! This honor reflects the dedication of our staff, the resilience of those we serve, and the support of our community. You’ll also learn how our Assistive Technology team utilizes innovative tools, such as virtual reality, to helpbuild independence and confidence.

Another highlight: Our ongoing partnership with Yale School of Medicine, where future healthcare professionals are learning directly from the experiences of individuals supported by Lumibility.

This issue also features a Community Partner Spotlight on Pat Munger Construction, whose thoughtful collaboration helps us build safe, welcoming spaces across our programs. And of course, we extend heartfelt thanks to our generous donors and foundation partners. Your support fuels everything we do, from early childhood milestones to enriching adult experiences.
